Side Quest: a storytelling zine is a compilation of stories and drawings made during a workshop at Odette Graskie’s solo exhibition, Side Quest. Led by Graskie and Mann, the workshop guided participants in portrait drawing exercises and story writing. The zine is one outcome of this workshop, and contains pocket-sized stories (some only two sentences long!). Writers include Neliswa Nhlabatsi, Werner Labuschagne, Anna Stroud, Sarah-Jean Goldschagg, Ovayo Ntlabati, Ellen Heydenrych, Emma Morris, Jacob Claassens, Alex Hoffman, Phiwokuhle Mtana, Cate Otto, Lerato Mahlangu, Breanne Robb, Nelvia Rawheath and David Mann.
